Refund Policy

AlgoMind is committed to transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be granted.

1. Free Trial

  • A 30-day free trial is provided to all new users.

  • During this period, no payment is required.

2. General Refund Policy

  • Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed.

  • Refunds may be granted in cases where:

    • Services were unavailable for more than 72 hours due to our fault.

    • Technical issues prevented reasonable use of the platform.

    • Required under Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA).

3. Cancellation of Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Cancellation prevents further charges but does not provide retroactive refunds.

4. Requesting a Refund

  • Requests must be made in writing to AlgoMind within 7 days of the issue.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method.
