Welcome to AlgoMind. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, platform, and related services (“Services”). By registering an account, subscribing, or accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use immediately.

1. Scope of Services

AlgoMind provides software solutions designed to support traders in executing, monitoring, and testing trading strategies.

  • AlgoMind is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.

  • We do not offer financial advice, fund management, or investment guarantees.

  • All decisions made using AlgoMind remain solely your responsibility.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.

  • You must have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Singapore law.

  • By using AlgoMind, you confirm that you are not prohibited from using such services under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

  • AlgoMind offers tiered subscription plans with recurring billing (monthly or annually).

  • Payments are processed securely through authorised third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

  • You authorise us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.

  • In the event of failed payments, we may suspend your access until payment is completed.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use AlgoMind for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

  • Copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our software.

  • Circumvent security features of the platform.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • AlgoMind makes no guarantees regarding trading outcomes.

  • You acknowledge that trading carries risk, including potential loss of capital.

  • AlgoMind’s liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the preceding three months.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All software, content, logos, and trademarks are the property of AlgoMind.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms.

8. Suspension and Termination

  • AlgoMind may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
